Support Options
Pay as you go
Brings an engineer to your premises when convenient to you or as soon as we can, at a cost of £25 per hour (including travel time), no contract, no ties.
Maintenance Contract Support
Option1
This works like an insurance policy for computers; you hope that your computer doesn't’t crash but if it does it can be expensive. Finding someone you can trust at short notice can be difficult. For just £10 per month you benefit from peace of mind with:
1 support request per month
(max 1 hour assistance, non cumulative)
a potential saving of over £180 per year.
25% No Claims Discount:
If you do not require any assistance during the year, then we will give you a 25% discount on your next ‘Option 1’ Contract.
Option2
Is based on the client purchasing support units in advance and then using these units to pay for IT support.
Option3
We also provide a fixed rate support paid monthly or annually.
