Adam Padmore steps up into CEO role
Today marks a pivotal moment in our journey as we double down on our long-term strategic vision. We’re delighted to announce our founder, Adam Padmore, is moving into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Since founding the business in 2014, he has been the driving force behind turning Rappor into a national success story, with an award-winning culture rooted in wellbeing and operating from 10 locations around the UK.
Commenting on his change of role, Adam Padmore said:
“When we started Rappor it was never about reaching any size or scale; it was purely about the value we could create through investing in people and partnership. In professional terms, leading Rappor has become my life’s work. While I still have much to learn this change fills me with excitement, and I can’t wait to lean in and develop myself in the role knowing there’s the support of so many great people around me.”
As our CEO, and with eyes firmly set on the future, Adam will shift focus toward high-level corporate strategy, capital allocation, and the continued development of Rappor’s culture and ongoing story.
Adam added:
“I’ve always believed our potential is limitless as long as we don’t lose our soul along the way. That last bit is crucial. Stepping into the CEO role is really about me getting out of the weeds so I can protect that spark. It provides the space to look further down the road, ensuring we stay true to the values that got us here while having the courage to chase our collective goals.”
This news follows Rappor making the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list for the first time in its history, in the best medium places to work category.
